if stored properly, this smoothie should be safe to consume for one year. we recommend blending while the ingredients are still frozen, which will allow for a thicker and colder smoothie. If you wish to defrost the kit, thaw the product in the refrigerator (max. 24 hours) or the defrost setting in a microwave.
